NPCs

There are many Racers around the map (NPC’s) some have became Revheads while others are trying their best to become one. You can find them all over the map some are in Noordu others are in the Yanagin forest. Each track has their own Revhead which you have to beat.

Those opponents who you raced against, become your friend. If one of them is available for a street race, you are going to get a message from him/her.
